HORIZON BCBS :: Horizon Connect

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ), the state’s oldest and largest health insurer, wanted a people-oriented, visually-compelling design language for their multicultural / Hispanic community outreach and sales teams.  Working closely with the Horizon internal team, as well as with our partner design consultancy, Boldinary, we helped develop and design the “Horizon Connect” initiative. This special effort unites various public-facing outreach teams through a common values and customer service mindset, an updated, easy-to-understand and friendly copy language and well as human-centered design applications.

The initial deliverables include a printed Horizon Connect sales and outreach kit, featuring company overview flyers, departmental brochures, and individual team member profile cards. We also created tabling signage and public outreach materials, such as pull-up displays and counter cards. In terms of video, we produced several intimate videos featuring interviews with front line Horizon representatives, as well as key community partners from strategic regions in New Jersey.
