NEW JERSEY MOVEMENT FOR ECONOMIC EQUITY (NJMEE)
We helped to develop part of the Horizon BCBSNJ Flavors of Health brand assets – both digital and physical. Flavors of Health / Sabores de Salud is an innovative brand activation that engages and educates targeted health insurance members with a fun, welcoming and free “healthier-than-usual” ice cream / popsicle promotion.
The campaign matches the product giveaway with health education materials, whereby each flavor / color represents one key aspect of health insurance, such as Open Enrollment, Small Business and other topics. The campaign also integrates a custom QR code for participants to easily schedule a confidential appointment with a sales agent.
The on-site activation alternately made use of a branded ice cream truck and popsicle cart, along with branded ice cream, napkins, stickers and more. The pilot campaign reached thousands of people in the North and Central Jersey area through community and networking events, and hopefully it expands in the years ahead.
