Newark Landmark Sign

We advised on, filmed, photographed and promoted the launch of the instantly iconic Newark Landmark Sign, documenting its fabrication, installation and unveiling at the tip of Lincoln Park. The process, led by the Greater Newark Convention & Visitors Bureau (now part of Newark Alliance) brought together artist John Bosio, fabricators at MS Signs in Saddle Brook, Josh Knoblick at Ferrus Research and Design, plus and community leaders and members. The multi-textured monument stands 24 feet wide tall by 10 feet high and features advanced LED lighting and audio capabilities. The monument was designed by the renowned John Bosio and fully fabricated in New Jersey. Together, this striking monument showcases the color and vibrancy (and pride) that defines Newark.
