Openings

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO / Managing Producer with planning, presentation and outreach.
  • Assist producers, directors, camera crew, editors and other team members on pre-production, production and post-production tasks.
  • Interface directly with clients to provide account updates and process feedback and any project queries.
  • Prepare daily paperwork including scripts, call sheets, meeting materials, notes and more.
  • Handle administrative work such as answering phones, scheduling, booking travel, organizing events, sharing assets, etc.

Skills we like:

  • Dependable, flexible, quick thinker, punctual, highly organized, multi-tasker, excellent written and live communication skills
  • Knowledge and basic proficiency with digital cameras, lenses, audio equipment and gear

Internships

Whom and what we prefer

Accepted interns will be entrusted to work directly with the principals and staff on multiple projects. The internship will provide you with a diverse learning experience, and hopefully production credits and the opportunity to build your portfolio / reel / resume, but most importantly, your knowledge and relationships.

Locations: Newark, NJ and surrounding area.

Expectations

  • Intern can commit 16 to 20 hours per week, performed during a minimum of 3 days per week for three (3) or six (6) months.
  • Regular office hours are 9am – 6pm, though production days and certain projects require work done outside this window.
  • Intern must be able and willing to work from locations in New Jersey (Newark and Lyndhurst), while some work may be done from home or school.

Internships are UNPAID and for COLLEGE CREDIT ONLY. At this time, there is a travel and meal stipend only on production days – though you will have access to unique office perks / amenities. Awesome interns may receive a bonus stipend, be invited to extended their term or offered paid employment opportunities.

  • Editing of video images and sound for various projects
  • Help create titles, credits and transition effects

Skills we like:

  • Diligent, consistent, open-minded and creative
  • Ability to quickly absorb and interpret direction
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, AfterEffects a plus)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with development and project preparation
  • Facilitate communication between producers, talent and/or clients
  • Assist and participate with crew on production shoots

Skills we like:

  • Timely, consistent, highly organized, versatile team player
  • Knowledge and basic proficiency with digital cameras, lenses, audio equipment and gear

Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and/or edit digital and print artwork
  • Prepare promotional items for company projects and meeting pitches
  • Prepare custom slideshows and presentations
  • Assist development of client and in-house branding

Skills we like:

  • Ability to work consistently and efficiently
  • Creative and strategic design skills
  • Ability to follow and interpret directions proficiently
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in social media integration, customization and web optimization

Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics and effects for video and digital media projects

Skills we like:

  • Ability to work consistently and efficiently
  • Ability to follow instructions and contribute creatively
  • Proficiency in AfterEffects and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Maya and Cinema 4D (optional)
